30-Day Return Window

You may request a SideKick return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, with its original accessories, cables, and manual.
• Products showing misuse, physical damage, unauthorized modification, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
• Contact Admiral Energy before sending a return so the order can be identified and routed correctly.

How to Start a Return

1. Email david@admiralenergy.ai with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Admiral Energy will provide return instructions and, under the currently published policy, a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the complete product securely and send it with the designated carrier.
4. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Restocking and Return Shipping

The currently published policy does not charge a restocking fee and provides prepaid return shipping for eligible returns.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not currently processed. Return the original item for an approved refund and place a new order if needed.
