Agreement

By using admiralenergy.ai or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked shipping, return, warranty, and privacy policies.

Products and Information

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed.
  • Product information is provided in good faith. Contact Admiral Energy before purchase if a particular feature is essential to your intended use.
  • SideKick is intended for compatible phones and small USB-powered electronics. It is not appliance or whole-home backup.
  • The integrated solar panel and hand crank are supplemental or emergency recharge methods; wired charging is the primary method.

Orders and Payment

  • Checkout and card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance if inventory, pricing, fraud screening, or shipping information prevents fulfillment.
  • Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order; shipment confirmation follows when the order is sent.

Home-Backup Assessments

Submitting an assessment form starts a conversation and is not a contract, installation agreement, price quote, or guarantee of service availability. Final scope, equipment, pricing, permitting, and installation terms require a separate written proposal.

Brand Clarification

Admiral Energy is a Generac Aligned Contractor for home-backup work. SideKick is a separate Admiral Energy product offering and is not manufactured, endorsed, or warrantied by Generac.

Responsible Use

Follow the product instructions and use compatible charging equipment. Do not rely on SideKick for life-safety, medical, appliance, or whole-home power.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Admiral Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use, an outage, product misuse, or circumstances outside Admiral Energy’s reasonable control. Any product-related liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by North Carolina law.
