Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping

SideKick orders ship free to addresses within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations is not currently included in the standard offer.

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking information is sent by email after an order ships.

Delivery

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days after processing. Carrier delays, severe weather, and address issues can affect delivery timing.

Carriers and P.O. Boxes

Admiral Energy may use UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery to a P.O. box so we can confirm availability.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, email david@admiralenergy.ai within 48 hours and include your order number and photos of the package and product. For a missing shipment, contact us after reviewing the carrier tracking history.
