Warranty Period

SideKick is sold with a 1-year limited warranty supported by Admiral Energy.

Covered Issues

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship and electrical component failure during normal, intended use. Coverage is evaluated using the order record, the reported issue, and available photos or video.

Not Covered

• Damage from drops, impacts, liquid exposure, misuse, or use outside product instructions
• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
• Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, or expected aging
• Damage caused by incompatible devices, chargers, cables, or electrical sources

How to File a Claim

1. Email david@admiralenergy.ai with your order number, product name, and a description of the issue.
2. Include clear photos or video when possible.
3. Admiral Energy will review the claim and provide next steps.

Important Clarification

SideKick is selected, sold, and supported by Admiral Energy. It is not manufactured or warrantied by Generac.
